Berenice Marlohe

Berenice Lim Marlohe, a French actor from France. She's best known as her character Bond villain Severine in Skyfall. Her television credits include Pere et Maire Femmes de loi, and Equipe medicale d'urgence. She was in Un bonheur n'arrive not alone (a French comedy) with Sophie Marceau, although she didn't appear in the credits. Additionally, she is an ambassador for Omega Watches. Berenice is of French Chinese descent and Cambodian descent, was born on the 19th of May 1979 in Paris France. Her family is an French and Chinese middle class family. Her father is a physician as was her mother, a teacher. When she was a kid in Paris, she was enamored by art and would spend the majority of her time drawing and playing piano. Both music and paint were an obsession of hers which inspired her to go after her passion to pursue a profession. The workshop of Jack Waltzer was the catalyst for her profession. she was enthralled by acting and it turned into a passion for her. After this, she finished her ten years of studies at the eminent Paris Conservatory. When she got leaving college, she began to audition for roles in movies. The first film she auditioned for was The Discordance (2007) came shortly soon after. Early in the career she failed to land roles that would help her create the character she wanted to be. The presence of the character in films was influential. Her inexperience led to her being rejected by the vast majority of film producers and agents.
